We were honored to have Arkansas Representative Jack Fortner as our speaker at our November 20th, 2019 Chamber meeting.   He provided information about the proposed constitutional amendment that would make Arkansas 0.5% sales tax for highways and roads permanent and other on-going legislative topics.  Chamber members were also given the opportunity to ask questions about these topics and any other topics of interest.  Pictured are (left to right) Chamber Vice-President Gary Blanck,  Representative Jack Fortner, Cotter Mayor Mac Caradine, and Gassville Mayor Jeff Braim.
